Diese Villa in Kroatien liegt mitten in der Stadt Milna auf der Insel Brac, nur 80 Meter vom Meer entfernt. Villa Vicina ist durch traditionelle hohe Steinmauern und alte Obstbäume geschützt und bietet den Gästen absolute Privatsphäre.

Diese Steinvilla ist 200 Jahre alt, wurde in den letzten Jahren umfassend renoviert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, damit Sie Ihren Kroatien-Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen können. Sie liegt auf einem über 600 Quadratmeter großen Privatgrundstück mit wunderschön gepflegten Gärten, in denen Oliven-, Mandel-, Bärentrauben-, Zitronen- und Orangenbäume wachsen, die an heißen Sommertagen angenehmen Schatten spenden und ein authentisches Gefühl von Heimat vermitteln.

„Wir hatten mit unserer Villa wirklich Glück. Sie können sich die Auflistung hier ansehen und mir glauben, dass sie genauso gut, wenn nicht sogar besser ist als auf den Fotos und in den Bewertungen. Sie lag mitten im Herzen der Altstadt von Milna, war innen wunderschön mit originalem Mauerwerk ausgestattet und der Außenbereich war einfach unglaublich – drei Ebenen, bestehend aus einem Pool mit Außendusche und Sonnenbadebereich, einem Koch- und Essbereich im Freien mit Sofas, die sich perfekt für Kaffee und Sundowner eignen, sowie weiteren Liegestühlen und der oberen Ebene, einem Favoriten von Hunter, mit Trampolin, Tischtennis, kleinem Spielbereich und Korbsitzen. The photos of this villa led me to have very high expectations and we were not disappointed. The location is excellent, moments down to the water and the bars/restaurants/shops and, whilst there is no parking directly at the property, our lovely host met us as soon as we arrived with help for all the luggage. The villa itself is absolutely incredible - a little slice of luxury right in the heart of old Milna. The outdoor space is particularly beautiful and we found the gate to the pool and the upper level with children's play things to be extra special for our toddler. Only thing worth noting is that it is worth considering stocking up on food supplies at Konzum supermaket in Supetar (if you take the car ferry) as local shops are very small and we loved the outdoor bbq/oven so much we ate in most nights. The views from the top floor are truly wonderful and the whole villa is beautifully appointed in a traditional style. We would definitely love to return one day.

Villa Vicina is a truly beautiful villa in a perfect location in Milna. The villa arranged a transfer from Split airport by speed boat as we arrived late and Ivan met us from the boat to check in at midnight. The villa is exactly as it looks in the photos and the beds are really comfy. The owners provide lots of little touches to make the stay extra special. Local olive oil and jam and some delicious local fortified wine. Highly recommend taking a small boat out and exploring the coast and otherwise just enjoy relaxing in this perfect villa.

Perfect, beautiful Villa with pool and all amenities, great support - Lovely modernized 200y old Dalmatian Villa with pool, great owner support - includes access to a private beach (by paid boat). All amenities, beautiful garden and terrace - set back from the lovely coastal village of Milna with great restaurants. Even includes its own tortoise who comes out to visit in the afternoon.

This was one of the best holiday rentals we have had. The villa was beautifully presented, very clean and fully appointed. There is a pool which is gated from the terrace and with the indoor / outdoor flow makes it toddler friendly, though they can still climb. Ivan met us at the ferry and helped with the luggage on the mainly level walk, and he was always available for help and in formation. Milna is a traditional village with a bustling and beautiful harbour that caters for both private and charter yachts. We spend the first week of October there and the weather was generally warm and the town was not inundated with tourists. The only downside would be the early morning church bells!. I would recommend the Villa Vicina for a relaxing family holiday.

Our two families and stayed for an entire week at Villa Vicina and it was gorgeous! Our 9-12 year old kids loved it so much they never wanted to leave the villa even though it is located right in the center of Milna with the lovely riva, supermarkets and all restaurants in walking distance and only a 20 min walk to the nearest beaches. Ivan and his family picked us up at the entrance to the village since the streets are too narrow for cars to pass. Once you arrive at the villa and open the gate you are amazed how spacious it is, with a beautiful garden and a pool, outdoor dining space and grill, play yard with ping pong table and its own vegetable garden. It comes even with its own turtle, Coni. The spacious villa is a beautiful, recently renovated old stone house spanning three levels with a huge living / dining / kitchen area on the ground floor, two bed rooms and a bath room on level 2 and another bed room with three beds and a bath on level 3 with another terrace overlooking the marina. The villa was meticulously clean and the kitchen and outdoor grill equipped with everything you need. Ivan was always very helpful with any questions we had and was very quick to respond when we needed advise on renting a boat, car or any other recommendations for activities. Thank you again, Ivan, for the wonderful time we had at your villa. The kids are still talking about it and asking when we will go back!

Great mix with all the accompanying facilities in a large yard for children and adults. The staff that needed to be available 24 hours a day really was available all the time. Every morning checking the quality of the water in the pool, watering the garden by the man in charge of it. The house was immaculately clean and very well equipped, and the environment was tastefully decorated. There is also a small pet walking in the garden, a turtle that is happy to call visitors.

This is a truly lovely villa and is beautifully presented, very clean and fully appointed. The pool is lovely, the herb garden around it and Koni the tortoise were very special additions, the bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. All rooms have air-con and the shutters keep the rooms very dark. Ivan met us at the ferry and helped with the luggage, bringing the car for my elderly mum, and helped us with our luggage at the end. Lovely people and Ivan responded quickly with any help that we needed to book a boat, taxi etc. The villa is close to the church where the bells ring on the hour. It is also very close to the local supermarkets and bakery and it took us about 8 minutes to walk to the ferry and 15 minutes to the large public beach which was great for swimming and there is a cafe/restaurant at the back. Milna is a traditional village with a busy and beautiful harbour and lots of boat activity. It is lively without being as busy as Hvar. We took a boat out for the day which was very worthwhile, visiting lots of coves and the delightful village of Bobovisca where we had coffee and spent some time on the beach. We also took the ferry to Hvar for a day trip and booked a private transfer straight to Split airport, which I would fully recommend as the least stressful way to end your holiday if that's where you're going back to. You can walk straight from the boat drop off to the airport in around 10 minutes. I would recommend the Villa Vicina for a relaxing family/group holiday.

This villa was simply magical! The owners really put a lot of thought, love, and care into making this place the most comfortable place you could spend your vacation at. The design, the flowers, the decor, and the colors speak of excellent taste and great attention to detail. The villa is fully equipped with everything you may need to make you feel at home. There is abundant space for everyone on the three floors indoors or the three garden levels outdoors. You can socialize by the grill or you can retreat to the upstairs garden area to read a book in the hammock. There was even a little playground for our one year old daughter! The owners are very sweet and caring who responded to all of our needs quickly. I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Milna and especially families.

Ivan, our host, was on hand whenever we needed. Even helped us carry our luggage! The house was perfect and every eventuality was considered - very thoughtfully set up. We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful villa in Milna! The host was absolutely wonderful—super friendly, responsive, and full of local recommendations that really made our trip special. They went above and beyond by helping us organize a fantastic boat day, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our visit. The villa itself was charming and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. But without a doubt, our favorite part was meeting Koni, the adorable turtle who lives in the garden.

Villa Vicina is misschien wel een van de mooiste vakantiehuizen waar ik ooit ben geweest. Ruim, schoon, authentiek en écht gezellig en smaakvol ingericht. Fijne tuin met verschillende zitjes en hoekjes. Aan alles is gedacht, zonnescherm, hout voor de vuurplaats, info over de omgeving etc. Ivan wachtte ons op en bracht ons naar het huis, een paar steegjes en trappetjes op in het romantische dorpje Milna. Je hebt echt het gevoel dat je bij iemand thuis komt. Geen strakke hotelvibe maar knus en toch luxe. Ivan stond steeds klaar om ons met alles te helpen, zoals het huren van een bootje. Ik zou Villa Vicina zeker aanraden, een geweldige plek.
